The Equalizer (1958) Eldon Marsh is a physically weak man whose wife is stolen by a much larger man, named Wayne Phillips. He sets about a revenge that results in a rooftop confrontation with Wayne. The match seems uneven, but Eldon has an equalizer: a gun.
